I am a psychologist and a psychotherapist in training. I studied at Milano Bicocca University, graduating in Clinical Psychology and Neuropsychology.
During my training, I studied in Argentina (San Juan) and Poland (Krakow), where I learned Spanish and English.
I am currently attending Area G, a four-year master’s program in psychotherapy for adolescents, young adults, and adults. The school follows a dynamic and interpersonal approach.
I have specialized in EMDR Level I therapy, a treatment particularly suitable for individuals who have experienced trauma. I work as a psychologist at the Opera San Francesco association, where I primarily see immigrant patients, most of whom come from South America. My work there also involves being part of the team at the Psychology and Psychiatry Service.
In my practice, I offer psychological support interviews aimed at developing a personalized path to identify both the critical areas and the resources of each individual. My approach is grounded in empathic listening and a welcoming, professional atmosphere.
The areas I work with include various psychological disorders such as anxiety disorders, panic attacks, stress, mood disorders (including depression), relationship difficulties, and emotional dependence.
