PROFIL

I provide psychological consultations for adults, couples and teenagers (from 16). Key topics I’m working with include self-esteem and perfectionism, traumatic experience, personal crisis and finding one’s true self, emigration adaptation, problems in relationships. I am LGBTQ+ friendly. As a clinical psychologist, I am experienced in working with complex post-traumatic stress disorder, anxiety disorder, narcissistic disorder, depression, and obsessive-compulsive disorder, borderline personality disorder. Certified to work with trauma using the EMDR approach. I enjoy working with LGBTQ+ clients and people with various cultural backgrounds.

I believe that psychological help does not just assist in solving problems or navigating crises. It offers much more: the opportunity for individuals to encounter themselves, understand their true feelings and desires, and empowers them to lead their own lives. What defines my professional style? I am sensitive to other people, caring, and supportive. I base my work on a scientific approach, combining emotional and rational aspects.

I graduated with a master’s degree in clinical psychology from the University of Bergamo. Before moving to Italy, I was certified as gestalt therapist in Russia (the Moscow Institute of Gestalt Therapy and Counseling, a four-year program aligned with the training standards of the European Association for Gestalt Therapy). Currently, I am finishing a training program for psychotherapists in Italy at the Gestalt Institute for Psychopathology and Psychotherapy, undertaking the authoritative position of program tutor with a focus on observing group dynamics, mentoring, and evaluating. I am also a researcher with 7 publications in leading journals in English and Russian, and a speaker at international conferences, including those organised by the Russian Academy of Sciences.

As part of my clinical training, I specialised in the systemic family approach, completing 1000 hours of clinical internship at the European Institute of Systemic Relational Therapies in Milan, and 150 hours of clinical practice at the School of Psychotherapy at the Panta Rei Center, with a focus on applying systemic therapy both in individual sessions and with couples or families. Additionally, I completed 150 hours of clinical practice in transcultural therapy at CRINALI Clinic in Milan, working primarily with women rescued from human trafficking. This experience has significantly deepened my understanding of trauma through a transcultural perspective.
