In my work I pay attention on how social and cultural contexts impact people’s well-being, in particular for marginalized identities.

I work in psychoeducation with individuals with neurodevelopmental conditions, especially ADHD and Specific Learning Disorders (SLD). Through tailored interventions, I support clients in understanding their individual functioning and in developing practical tools that foster self-determination and autonomy.

I also offer psychological support to adolescents and adults, providing a safe space for listening, self-awareness, and personal growth, with the aim of enhancing well-being and quality of life.

I am trained in the field of gender-based violence and provide psychological support to women who have experienced male violence.

In addition, I offer promotion programs in upper secondary schools, focusing on gender based violence prevention and affective and sexual education.
