I hold a degree in Speech and Language Therapy from the University of Essex, UK. I work with both adults and children, providing assessments and therapy in Italian and English.
I began my career in London, working for the National Health Service (NHS) and in private practice. I later moved to Italy, where I have worked independently and collaborated with various international schools.
For adults, I specialize in neurological rehabilitation, including stroke, traumatic brain injury, Parkinson’s disease, ALS, multiple sclerosis, aphasia, dysarthria, apraxia of speech, and dysphagia. I am certified in LSVT LOUD and trained in the administration of ICAP, an intensive therapy program for aphasia.
For children, my expertise includes bilingualism, language delay, developmental language disorder, and specific learning disorder (SLD).
I am also the founder and coordinator of Aphasia iCafe, an online platform offering communication groups and support for people with aphasia, dysarthria, and apraxia.
