我毕业于米兰圣心天主教大学社会与发展心理学专业，是一名跨文化心理学家和正念咨询师，曾在中国工作生活15年，结合民族志研究和跨国企业的文化咨询经验。我精通中文和中国文化，接受过超个人心理咨询和正念实践的专业培训，能够高效弥合文化差异。

自2020年以来，我专注于一对一心理咨询，将超个人心理学与佛法为导向的咨询方法相结合。我曾在西方最负盛名的格鲁派佛教哲学与心理学机构之一——宗喀巴喇嘛学院接受培训。我帮助外籍人士和国际学生适应新文化，培养心理灵活性，并找到属于自己的真实道路。

在Bilingual Therapy中，我还为团队提供支持，担任语言和文化的沟通桥梁。

Graduated in Social and Developmental Psychology from Milan’s Catholic University of the Sacred Heart, I’m a cross-cultural psychologist and mindfulness counsellor with 15 years of immersive experience in China, where I combined ethnographic research with cultural consulting for multinational corporations. My deep understanding of Chinese language and culture, coupled with specialized training in transpersonal counselling and mindfulness practices, allows me to bridge cultural gaps effectively.

Since 2020, I’ve dedicated myself to one-to-one counselling, combining transpersonal psychology with Dharma-oriented counselling through my training at the renowned Lama Tsongkhapa Institute in Tuscany. Drawing from my extensive cross-cultural background, I help expatriates and international students develop psychological flexibility and find their authentic path while navigating the emotional and practical challenges of life in a new cultural context. Within our team, I also assist other experts by acting as a linguistic and cultural mediator.
