I’m a psychologist and mindfulness counsellor with 15 years of immersive experience in China — research, consulting, and living the kind of cultural complexity I now help others navigate.
The anxiety of not belonging, the exhaustion of constant adjustment, the quiet loss of familiar reference points: I work with expatriates and international students on exactly these dimensions of cultural transition, helping them build flexibility, sit with uncertainty, and find a way to feel at home in more than one world.
My approach draws on transpersonal psychology and mindfulness practices, including training at the Lama Tsongkhapa Institute in Tuscany. I work in English, Italian, and Chinese, and within my team I also act as a cultural and linguistic mediator for Chinese-speaking clients.
My background is in Social and Developmental Psychology (Catholic University of Milan). Registered with the Ordine degli Psicologi della Lombardia, no. A-30808, and with AssoCounseling, no. REG-A3483-2025.
